Oh, I thought everyone KNEW who was doing my photos... LOL
Her name is Helmi Flick, and her husband Ken is her "wrangler" -- they work as a team, and do a SPLENDID job!
As far as "kitten" vs "adult" photos -- I'm sure I'll get their portraits done, again.... I'm SO pleased with these. (And, as I said, these are only the PROOFS !!!) I do not have ALL of the shots, just the 6 favorites of each cat, from the day of the show. I can't WAIT to get my CD of the finished product -- and see them all, again
Heidi -- actually, of the 4 you mentioned you listed 2 of my favorites of the whole shoot.
Dagger Profile is my "wallpaper" at work -- with NO doubt -- my favorite of the proofs I received.
Emma Walking Profile -- shows her little flaws (broken, but present rib bars & ticking *which actually I like, on her, but I'm glad Dagger has the "silky" look*) I think it also spotlights her wonderful profile, small ears, lighter inner belly -- she just looks SO wild in the way she moves, most of the time... and I see that, in this photo, too.
She IS, However, is a TRICKY little rascal, and when Ken was setting her up for the "action shots" she ESCAPED from the photography booth, like a little streak of greased lightning, and it took us SEVERAL minutes, and help from MANY of the other people in the show hall to catch her. (grin, blush!)
Nothing like having half the people in the show hall shouting "CAT OUT" - and it's about YOUR cat... and it's the FIRST time you've ever SHOWN a cat... Yep... a big day for blushing... and I didn't even have Emma ENTERED in the show -- she was only there to keep Dagger company and get her portraits done. LOL
