Hi Guys and Girls,

My Name's Chris and I'm a Long-time Lurker, first-time poster on this board and felt it about time to Join in and Introduce you to my world.

Myself and my then Fiance Nicci (we were married on the 24th of August) started researching Bengals about six months ago when we first discussed getting a cat. I came across this great forum and have since used it as a base for getting a lot of good information which has helped to shape some decisions I have had to make.
Initially we were gravitating towards getting a Turkish Van, as Nicci has always had these in the family and I had quickly come to appreciate there company as well, since moving from Australia to live in the UK almost five years ago. We very quickly established that we wanted a cat that had an abundance of personality and character such as the ‘Van’ and were slowly drawn towards Bengals having seen and read a good deal on them as a breed. Having acquired our Zawadi baby (Harley) almost a month ago now, we have not regretted the descision one bit!

While he may chew everything, get into or on everything, involve himself in everything and pretty much BE everything that we do and or have done since his arrival, we wouldn’t swap him for the world!

So a big hello goes out to all of you from Myself, Nicci and little Harley, and a special thanks must go out to Connie and Stuart at Zawadi for supplying us with such an amazing little character!

Hi welcome to the forum

I too have 2 zawadi babies one as my pet girl called Ivana & the other as my first breeding queen Mtani.

Sounds like Harley has settled really well & I look forward to seeing pics of him as he grows up.

It would be nice to know if our zawadi babies share the same parents
