No problems
I called Louise @ Richmonds Vets and spoke to her. She was pretty helpful to be honest. She talked to me a lot about the situation and that the X-Rays showed no constipation, no nerve damage, no structural damage etc
They did a basic blood test (diabetes etc) which was a little high, but she said it could be down to stress of being in the vets so they weren't worried.
She is in the same mind as us as to the problem we think Sadie is having. They think it is more metabolic than physical or mental. She said potassium deficiency is one of the things they are looking into. Basically, these tests they are doing will cover EVERY possibility for the symptoms she is showing.
She said if they come back fine, then Sadie will have to be referred (to who?! A zoologist?). She said she has seen other breeds of cats show signs of what she is showing but never a Bengal.
As for the fees. SHE charged £50 for the x-rays and checkover. The surgery charged £15 for the blood test (the basic ones for diabetes etc) - hence it being £65!
She asked how she is and I told her she had food last night. She is happy we are keeping her confined to a single room with her basket on the floor and food/water etc near her. She said if she stops eating or starts to look less alert - bring her back immediately.
