I would tend to say not Bengal, though there may be some in the background. Egyptian Mau is also possible.

What is the colouring, looks charcoal/grey with white on the picture.

Importantly, how bad were the fleas; if you brought the kitten in then treated have you also treated the house areas?

I have had cats before and therefore treated the house hoovered everyday they are all dead now which is great. Yes could very well be Egyptian mau I did get from and an Egyptian family! Who knows may be a cross or something?

Oh colour is grey with bits of white.

Probably a tabby with some breed in the background then. Grey leads more to Mau, but could be diluted Bengal.
At least she has a home to be appreciated.

pedigree cats are usually homed at 13 weeks (a week after their course of vaccinations is complete) but unfortunately the majority of moggies are homed at 8 weeks or even less it's ever so young, but hopefully she'll bond with you & forget about her bad start

The spotted pattern exists in moggy, not only in some breeds... I've got a brown spotted moggy .

And she doesn't look like an Egyptian mau (who are often silver and not brown) or an Occicat either.

how about reporting them...they need to know that that sort of behaviour isn't acceptable here. People make me sick -at least she is safe now.
