Hello to all of you.

We have had our Bengal now for 1 week. Her name is Minnie. I have attached a photo of her. She is 13 weeks old. The first few days were mad as she did not eat and was very nervous. Now she has settled and sleeps on our sofa (in between playing) and will socialise with our other cats. She has put on weight and seems at home (touch wood). We got her from a really nice breeder (Strenholme) in Middlesex. Her Dad is from American Imports at Wildside Bengals from Medoz and Bengaland Catteries while her Mum has Llander and Millwood lines. Anyone else on here got bengals from these places?

Hi Linda,

Did a bit of surfing today to find out more about Bengals and found this website.

Hope Nova is feeling better now :D

Minnie is making good progress. Today she ate with all the other cats :D

Funny thing was, we watched a film by Metro Goldwyn Mayer today (the one with the lion)

and she jumped off the sofa and hid!

Small old world! Thanks for the link. You have some stunning looking Bengals.

Wildside Trenfordalpha with Shirley has grown into a stunning look cat. When I went to look at the kittens at 5 weeks old, Shirley showed me him. At this point I had done not done much research on Bengals but thought if our kitten looked anything like Wildside Trenfordalpha when she is older that she would be nice!

Shirley and her partner were really helpful. We had to wait till 13 weeks to get Minnie but she has come fully vaccinated and micro chipped and has settled in well. I have sent them photos on how Minnie is doing and they have offered hints and tips since she has been with us as to how we can best help her settle in.

Hi There,

I haven't asked in ages how Minnie is doing. Is she looking more like Razor every day ?

Razor is lording it up in our living room with our young 5 month old snow boy Chiller. They absolutely love each other and I caught Chiller suckling and treading on Razor's tummy the other day...SOOO CUTE :P
I ran for the camera but I missed the moment by the time I came to snatch a picture.

I love watching them play together. Razor is a bit of a pudding and Chiller runs rings around him

I'd love to see new photos of Minnie if you have some :D

Minnie is doing fine and has settled in well now. Sorry for the late reply. Had a really busy week. She is now just under 4 months old. She went through a really fuzzy stage after we got her at 13 weeks which is just starting to clear up and the spots are starting to get darker.

She has become very friendly. She can play fetch, we have a funny video of her doing this on a mobile phone. We never taught her this she just does it. She also likes a cuddle if we are sitting on the sofa and sometimes likes to sit on your shoulder.

Well I write this message she is snuggled up on the sofa next to me!

She is either going at 100% or resting. Her playing fetch is quite funny as our labrador thinks that he should join in!

I hope Razor is enjoying the English Lifesyle.

Are you going to import any more Bengals.

Razor plays a little bit with our dog Jake but then Jake gets a bit boisterous so Razor soon puts him in his place

We have a new boy arriving from Canada on the 7th March. Pasha ( one of the girls) has been in heat for nearly 2 weeks so she'll be pleased to have a new boyfriend
