F1 Crixus (new), F1 Tendu and SBT Aja

Update since my last post:

My 2 foster babies have found their forever homes. About 2 weeks after they left I was asked to look at a foster F1 (Crixus) and see what I thought. Guess what?.....he is now a family addition. I have had him 10 days now and he has had full run of the house since day 2. He and F1 Tendu became best friends within a week and now all 3 run around together. I haven't had any problems with any of the babies. Crixus is terrified of children of any age and will run and hide even if he sees them out the window 3 houses away. I will start working with him in a couple of weeks to build his confidence in trusting kids.

Once Crixus is settled in I will continue to foster for the rescue.

Everything else is....well....normal Bengal stuff lol.

Mary, you are doing such a great thing. I see your posts and pictures on the Facebook page. At least you have a great mentor in Scott Hunt who has multiple F1s. I'm guessing these don't have any pedigrees that would take it back to their parent the ALC. I am thrilled Tendu has accepted this kitty so quickly!!! Bless you for fostering these rescues. I do hope you will continue to check in and post updates and pictures.

I still have your email :-). You have Tendu and Aja already?

For Crixus I have the paper from the breeder but it’s not the TICA papers. It does show the parents. I don’t think hes been registered but he might be. Once I have him officially adopted from GLBR I will see if I can figure out if he is registered and if not, how I can do it. I will send you what I have when I get home :-)

I have the contact for Crixus with me and have scanned it. I will email to you when I get a break. This is an interesting rescue. Crixus came from the home of an active NFL football player. I do know who it is and have his hip break documents which also shows the name along with the shelter surrender papers. The breeder provided papers which do not have the original owners name on it due to the nature of his work.

Beautiful kitties! Glad you are on this forum, please keep us updated! I saw him on the facebook page of that rescue. I got approved to foster but nothing has come my way yet... seems GLBR has a lot of help, which is great!

May I ask who is the breeder of Tendu?

In case Mary doesn't come back on, Summit Bengals was the breeder of Tendu.
