Shaun, welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your baby. As for your problem, I'm hoping you have a ton of catnip cat toys around that she can play with and wrestle with instead of your arm. Note, this is a common issue among cats. You have a kitten and they like to play with anything and everything, meaning arms, legs, etc. The key is to distract their attention from your arm to a toy, so always have a toy with you. Many cats do not like to be over stimulated when petting. And, while most bengals love to have their bellies rubbed, for some cats, it gets them into attack mode.
With her coming to you, it appears she is seeking attention and play time. Wand toys are also great. Bengals have unlimited energy and need an outlet for that. Catifying your home with cat trees and scratching posts and lots of cat beds, plus a slew of toys is the way to go. The other thing is to teach her the word "no." It is also good if you cry out "ouch" when she hurts you. It should startle her. We've all had kittens and we've all had to deal with attacks. Hopefully, things will get better as she grows older. In the mean time, redirecting her aggression to a toy should help you. Plus, treats and a "good girl" if you survive a session where she does not attack you.
