Well, I've never seen that and I'm no expert (in fact can't even tell whether he's ticked as I know very little about the breed) but from looking at the photos, do I see correctly that his paw cushions are half black and half white? (maybe it's just my imagination) In any case, the two coloured paw cushions just reminded me of vitiligo - which should be no problem, it's just a pigmentation issue. If he were a mix he is still a lovely kitty and I hope he will be as wonderful as Oreo.
Let's see what others think about the colour, I'm curious!

Ah yes he has black and white paw cushions. Is this a sign of vitiligo? Will it spread?

He definitely has white patches on the fur of his paws as well. He could be part Bengal but definitely not purebred. Purebred Bengals do not have white paws.

The kittens lying beside him do appear to have rosettes but this kitten is definitely not purebred.

That's very interesting. Especially considering he's the only one from his litter to have any white fur. Could he have a different father to his siblings?

I usually go by body and head shape, not just coloring, to tell if a cat has bengal in them, so it's hard for me to tell from these particular photos.

Multicolored paw pads often happen in breeds like tortie, calico, torby, etc. If the cat is multicolored, their paw pads often are as well.

Aww, Rio is adorable! Loved all the pictures. First things first -- a purebred bengal has no white! There are ones with what is called "whited bellies" but even those are just light and spotted.

I can tell the mother is a purebred bengal. It is very true that multiple males can impregnate a cat, so Rio could have a different father than the other cats. That is if the mother were to come in contact with another male -- somehow, some way.

Definitely has Bengal in him; but definitely not a pure-bred Bengal. White Paws means not a pure-bred Bengal.
