Hi Everyone,

This is my first post here but been browsing the forum for a while and got so much helpful advice.

I have just brought home my beautiful baby seal lynx boy. He has been with us a week and a half now.

I originally planned to bring him and a female sibling home together but was really undecided about which one and missed out. I am still planning on having a companion for him. My breeder has another stunning boy available that would be ready in around 8 weeks time and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on 2 males living together? My breeder has advised that since both will be neutered there shouldn't be a problem but wanted to get other opinions.

Honestly? I don't know that it matters. I see pictures of bengals sleeping together -- male/male, female/female, male/female. It really depends on the personalities of the cats. You can get the opposite sex and it just never goes well. The best thing would have been to get siblings from the same litter, but even our own Tabitha here had issues with her two brothers years later. I don't know there is a specific "rule." And no matter what decision you make, it can go well or go badly. It is much easier when they are younger. I would probably take the advice of your breeder as she knows her cats and kittens.
