Hello!

My wife and I have three cats -- none of which are Bengal, but we have always been intrigued by their appearance and behavior. We'll be seriously thinking of getting a Bengal if we end up getting another cat.

While I've never had a Bengal, I had some exposure to them when I worked at the erstwhile Cat Fancy magazine in 2003 as its assistant editor. In the years since then I've continued maintaining an interest in cats by publishing an online monthly calendar of upcoming cat shows, many of which focus on the Bengal breed.

I look forward to learning more about them at this forum!

Welcome to the forum and definitely research the breed before you decide to get a bengal. They are not your ordinary cat. We have all discovered that. They are wonderful kitties and we love ours -- but they come with challenges.
