I realized it is a common question to ask if my kitty looks like he is part Bengal

so I will go ahead and send a photo. I have other photos of course in different positions. This is all about our little rescue. Someone put him out at a condo garbage pickup. He let out a very loud mournful and soulful cry. When we went to him, he came to use quickly. He was obviously used to being in a house and adjusted quickly to 4 other cats and quickly became top "dog". We put up posters but no one responded.

We call him Tango.

Nice picture! The spots on the belly and the striping on the legs definitely look like features of a bengal. I am no expert though and could be wrong so maybe someone else will chime in.

If you could attach another picture (or two  ) that would probably help the others give you an accurate analysis.

Please post a picture of his face, head profile, top and sides.
Striped legs and spotted belly are typical of any tabby.
Tabby is a set of markings. Bengals are usually black spotted tabbies or marble tabbies.

Tango is certainly a beautiful kitty! It truly is difficult to tell. I was trying to see the tail, which on a bengal is ringed and tapers to almost a point at the end. Tango is obviously spotted. Many bengals resemble tabbies as tabbies were part of the early generations in the breeding. If you have other pictures, please post them.

Sorry to be slow responding. Tango's tail is ringed in black with a pointy end. The nose is broad although this very sleepy photo doesn't show that very well. It seems to me that his eyes are set apart a bit more than most cats I have seen but maybe not. The nose looks like Miko's nose.

He has stripes and spots. Photos to follow if I can get them to correct file size.

He is very sleepy or he would slap or bite me (not too hard) for grabbing his tail. He eats like a horse - 4-6 cans a day with dry tidbits and cat milk. If he grows into his feet, he will be huge. He is only 6 months at this time.

Here he is sleeping in his condo. The reddish thing is a play toy hanging down.

Truthfully, it doesn't matter what color he is - although I do think he is beautiful. I love the little cat He is so much fun. He can be so lovable or such a little crazy maniac.

Tango is a beauty! I want to hug you for rescuing him. How anyone could be so heartless is beyond me.

Am I seeing glitter in these pictures? It is really difficult to say without seeing this kitty in person, but there could be some bengal in him. He is beautiful regardless. Know that many bengals have escaped from homes and wandered into new homes.
