Adorable addition to your family!

Looks like she's already loving your daughter. Sounds like she will settle in great. Initially, I'd confine her to a smaller room just so she isn't overwhelmed by everything. It will be natural for her to want to hide and feel safe. You can bring her out into the open to see if she will play -- but only after she's comfortable and confident. Which may be a day or a week, depending on the cat. Just make sure you've bengal-proofed your house as they can find tiny spaces and can get into anything and everything. Sounds like she will be spoiled rotten!!! She is really adorable. Congratulations.

Congratulations on getting Echo home. Beautiful baby! Many bengals are lap cats. This is the bond that they create with you. With all the love and attention Echo will get, i'm guessing she will be a lap cat and a snuggle bunny all her life.

She is adorable. Most bengals are not lap cats as adults (kittens often snuggle). But bengals tend to like to be near their people as adults. Our two lay near but not on us all of the time. Enjoy her whether she is a lap cat or not

Glad to hear things have gone so well. It's difficult to predict how she will change throughout her life. A lot of it depends on her personality and to what extent you guys bond with her and how she is treated. One thing I will say is that cats often have two sets of rules/behaviors: one for adults and a different set for kids!

For example none of my cats would let me pick them up like your daughter is picking her up lol

Well, there is nothing like a spoiled Bengal!!!! My 9-year old bengal only comes looking for snuggles when it's cold out (he's started already this year for winter). It is obvious your daughter absolutely adores Echo! Here's to many happy adventures!!!!

What a sweet kitten! My kitties were all over me as babies, but that didn't last. One still loves to cuddle in bed but dips down when I go to pet her during the day. My other girl only likes contact when it is on her terms. Lately she has been jumping on the bed early in the morning and chirping and throwing herself against me so I will pet her! I can't figure out where this new sound is coming from, but I think she is imitating the neighbor's new dog that yaps quite a bit.
