Hi Brad and welcome to the forum! I don't know how I missed this post and no one else has responded so far.
First of all, congratulations on your bengal. One of the first things you do is to take your baby to the vet for a complete checkup. The breeder may state the cat is healthy, but a vet should check the kitty out and you will start a medical history on your kitty.
Your vet should be able to determine what this might be. A fever indicates something is amiss and a trip to the vet is required. Know that the watery eyes situation is probably uncomfortable for your kitty as well.
