I think I posted on another group, he looks like a tarnished(the brown on his face and legs) silver to me or maybe a mix, Snows don't have any black on them except on their tails and paws. Also his eyes are the wrong colour for a Lynx or Mink point snow usually they are blue, Aqua or a brighter green than that and he's not brown enough or dark enough for a sepia I would think. His eyes look somewhere between gold and dark green . I am wondering if they are multiple cats in the photos as the last one he has very black spotting and on the others there's brown and black spots although it could be the lighting. That cat doesn't look snow to me and I've had both Lynx and Mink points.
When in doubt go with your gut and get a cat from someone you can trust, have you asked where they got him from originally? Where his parents health screened as there are some serious genetic health conditions with bengals which will set you back a lot of money at the vets and they aren't cureable. I would really do your research before committing to a cat you can't trace the history of if they are asking more than what you would pay as an adopting fee at a shelter. Have you considered contacting a Bengal rescue centre if you want an older cat and don't care about papers etc as the adoption fee would be a lot less.
those are the 3 snow colours there are also quite a few snow and silver bengals on the forum if you check the gallery you can compare colours.
