Hello :) I'm Helen and I'm a recent new cat Mam to Loki, who we rescued from a busy family who couldn't care for him any more.
He is actually a bengal x siamese, but from our experience and everything we have read, he is definitely mostly bengal!

You are very fortunate. Most bengals are not lap cats at all.

Stunning. You can see the Siamese in the bigger ears and angular face. Bet he is a character. Does he live up to his name? :lol:

You know, I was watching animal planet last week and they were playing that awesome "Cats101" show, and they profiled a breed called a Serengeti (actually here's a link right here... http://www.animalplanet.com/tv-shows/ca ... serengeti/)

On the tv show they talked a lot more about them, including interview with the creator or the breed and some history etc. Turns out this awesome breed is based on mating bengals with oriental shorthairs (ha!).

They look like your cat :)

Someday I'll have to get a Serengeti...
