Thanks for all the warm wishes everyone. It really does help.
They took Gaga right in, put some tubing in her arm, and got the seizures to stop pretty quickly, then continued to medicate and monitor her for the rest of the day. When I walked through the door I could immediately hear her in the back room, and letting everyone know that the accommodations weren't to her liking. They said she was good to go, and let me take her back home. I had a long talk with the vet there, and an even longer talk with her regular vet. They are going to revisit her medications.
When she got home, she wanted out of the carrier right away, then worked on ripping the bandage off her paw where the tube used to be. Then she did all the usual Gaga stuff: wanting to play fetch, climbing up her poles, and was extremely excited when I cooked chicken on the grill outside. I spent the night with her in the guest room so I could keep an eye on her, and give her a little TLC. Neytiri and Serafina weren't really happy, and Serafina is still upset that Gaga now smells like her nemesis (i.e., the vet). Today Gaga has acted like nothing happened, except that she's clinging to me a little more.
Here's some pictures commemorating her return last night:
"I'm very happy to be home"
"I'd like to place an order for extra BBQ chicken please"
"What's taking so long...?
Gaga watching me eat my dinner (she'd already eaten hers). She's always my "best friend" when I eat BBQ
"Mmmm your steak looks good!"
"After a tough day, I deserve this..."
