Katniss would be saying: "I know what "NO" means, you don't have to always say when I claw your hands and feet... You're like a broken record, give me a break!"

"Hey guys, well, this is really annoying, bloody bipeds have decided to change the blasted feeding thingummajig for a new one and we don't have blueprints to break into it. Has anyone got anything downloadable instructions available? Am not sure if am asking in the right forum, but it really is a bother..."

Hey wait... you wouldn't have had to resort to that if your cats hadn't already kicked you butt in your first attempt(s). Don't give me that 1-0 crap

Ada - How is a cat supposed to known when their pet human no longer wants its toast ?

The human is home today, as ever playing with his favourite toy for hours on end despite our attempts to get him to interact with us. He put bread in the toaster, set it going and walked off. I waited oh so patiently for *minutes* and he didn't come back for it. I have heard that toast can go stale if left alone for too long, so I pulled it out of the toaster, nibbled it a bit to see if it was indeed past its best, then tried to drag it across the kitchen.

Why do I never get any thanks for my helpful and considerate actions ? Why are names like "little toast-stealing swine bandied around ?

Ada, I'm with you on this. My human was very grumpy when I tried to do her a favour and started playing with her broccoli before she cooked it. I assumed it was a toy - it's not like it looks or smells remotely tasty, why on earth would she think it was food? I just don't understand humans sometimes! I can't even repeat the names she called me, it was all so un-necessary...
