Give her a drug test (hehe). do you take her outside in the sun light? That should make them constrict.

I've notice the same thing with Diesel, it freaked me out when he was a kitten. I was worried there was something wrong with him (besides Bengal mischief). So I took him out in the sun and they did react to the sunlight.

Crow's do the same thing. I asked the vet, and he said it's ok. I keep saying they look like he's in an anime with his eyes...

Basil's are always pretty large too, he has big round eyes in general. But when I take him for walks once in a while, they do react to direct sunlight and turn into little slits. Maybe the lighting in your home isn't bright enough for him to have to transition. The lighting in our home is pretty dark, so I think it makes sense.

While a cat's pupils do adjust according to the lighting, they are much more reactive to adrenaline. When they are stimulated, excited, in "stalker" mode, their pupils dilate so that they consume the entire iris.
Watch as your cat prepares to pounce on something. The pupils will dilate and retract as he waxes and wanes in his approach to his "prey". When we play with da bird, I know when he is at the moment of pouncing by his dilating pupils, and his butt wiggle, of course.

Spiders eyes do exactly the same thing. When he is overly excited they are, like you say, 2 big black pools on his face. He looks a little possessed! I can tell when a crazy couple of hours are coming on just by looking at him. There is no picking him up or calming him down either you just have to ride it out! It was one of the first things I noticed when I got them as little kittens.

You forgot to mention Suri has cataracts! I do believe kittens have more dilated pupils than older kitties, but in bright light, the pupils should be more like slits! I don't know when you plan to take her back to the vet, but they may be able to tell you something. Regardless, Suri is absolutely precious.

All cats' pupils dilate when excited. The roundness of a Bengal cat's eyes make them look more like an anime drawing than other domestic cats.

I am going to look more closely at the bengal kittens posted on Facebook just to see because I've never really noticed the pupils before. But, it may be a kitten thing. Raiden's pupils are huge in the dim light, but outside, they are more slit.
