Ah yes, attack the lump under the sheet! That's a favorite game in my house. I changed the sheets yesterday and they both came racing in to "help."

It is a fun game to play, with the exception when Ada does it at 5 am in my bed - she wrapped herself around my leg and wouldn't let go. There was blood. :cry:

One thing I find strange is that Babbage ( brown ) is the alpha cat, but he often takes on the role of "prey" in games like this - doing things to encourage Ada to pounce on him and attack - he always takes a fair battering without any complaint, as when Ada does anything, she does it properly.

Maybe rolling in a ball and kicking each other feels good to them, like a hug. Maybe the hissing and crying out is for our benefit to put on a show...maybe.

Gosh, with two of them, it is next to impossible! I've made the bed with Raiden in it many times.
