I have had cats for most of my life but I havent had one for nearly 20 years now, and live in the UK.....As I have now retired my daughter has been on and on at me to get a cat for 'company' lol.
The long and the short is that I now have 2 new babies as of Saturday night......Leo is 14 wks and is a Golden (can remember the rest lol) and Sam is a 12 wk Snow and beautiful they are.......
So any advice anyone can give me will be a great help.....they have settled really well and have each other to play with (they are half brothers) so have been together for weeks now.
What sort of toys will they enjoy, etc......they're food is sorted out and they feed well.....Oh but the smell of the poo

I would seriously consider some sort of climbing tree or post as all I've known seem to enjoy climbing of any sort so if its not a cat tree it may well be a curtain or papered wall! I think trial and error will show you their favourite type of toys but mine love to carry things off so I have hundreds of small toys scattered around the house which they 'hide away' They also love anything feathered (must be the wild streak in them!) and paper, having said that anything they see as fun at that moment in time is seen as fair game, they are naturally high energy, very playful cats and will find a toy in most items. I think as they seem very clever creatures sometimes something to stimulate like a toy hidden in a box for them to open etc

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your kitties!!! You'll definitely need an entertainment center for the kitties -- a cat tree! They love to climb! Toys -- they seem to be cat dependent! Most like wand toys that allow them to chase and jump. Mine has never played with a toy on his own. He wants me on the other end of it! Feather toys do seem to intrigue most bengals. They don't mine. You'll just have to buy some things and see how they work.

They say cats that are fed a raw diet have poo that doesn't smell. A raw diet is fine, but not necessary! A high-quality cat food will give your kittens the nutrition they need.

Just seconding what Martyn said, if the smell of the poop really bothers you or you have a small house and can't get away from it, feeding raw makes a massive difference - barely any smell at all.

Thank you all for your welcomes and comments......I have just received a huge cat tree and am just attempting to put it together lol......even though its still a work in progress they are still climbing all over it and using the scratch posts, thank God .
The breeder also fed them boiled fish or boiled chicken which they enjoyed so might give that a try......just a case of using a peg on the nose maybe.....
Now about the feathers on sticks which they love......I was told by other people not to let me have feathers as they could swallow them so consequently I have been cutting them off toys but I know they love them......a friend gave me a couple of knitted type toys which I am sure are filled with catnip.....well, they both went ballistic and were bouncing off the walls and racing about everywhere.....a bit high on it maybe?
They are going to be indoor cats......wouldnt want them to be taken.

Oh I know the deal with cats wanting to use a cat tree before it's put together. That was Raiden. The second the last piece went in, he was on it! Your kitties will love theirs! I guess it is possible for kittens to ingest feathers. Raiden 'as pulled few off his toys. Bengals go crazy for catnip, however! The more they bounce of the walls, the longer they will sleep -- maybe!!! You're going to enjoy your adventure and there will never be a dull moment in your home again.

So glad they are settling in and I have no doubt your climbing tree will be well enjoyed. We have always given ours toys complete with feathers and had no issues, however If this is a worry for you I am sure they will play with most other toys as they seem to be capable of finding fun in anything, I think this breed are such a bundle of life, love and joy!!
Please post a few pics when you get chance and when they stay stlil long enough (maybe after a dose of catnip when they have exhausted themselves!!)

(We have 2 bengals and I am fetching our third tomorrow - sooo excited)
