Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows some great fun toys for my bengal to play with by herself while I am at work and school? Otherwise she will sleep all day and be up all night.

I found this super roller ball circuit from another user (http://www.amazon.com/Catit-Design-Sens ... tit+senses). Does anyone have good experience with it? Apparently some cat's paws are too big to enjoy it. My 5.5 year old bengal is 8.8 pounds.

Thanks! :)

I have one of those. Actually I bought two so that I could make a larger track. My cats like it, in fact it's probably their favorite self-play toy that I've bought. I often hear the "click, click, click" of the balls clinking together, and know that they are playing, and I've had it for several years now, and they still enjoy it. That said, for a self-play toy, if your cat plays with in for an hour or two a week, that would be a big success. Cats, and especially older cats, just don't stay interested in such things, so set your expectation accordingly. He'll still sleep all day for the most part

I have that toy for Raiden and he refuses to play with it. In fact, my bengal will not play with any toy by himself. I have a circle track with two balls and he will roll the balls around when he wants our attention (in the middle of the night). He insists that someone interact with him. Don't think that your little one will amuse herself during the day. She will probably sleep most of it away or find something else to get into. Sounds like you'll have to play with her prior to bedtime.

My cats love this toy and play with it on their own:

I thought I got it from Amazon but I just checked and I did not. It must have been from PetCo or Pet Supermarket. It is one of the only toys that gets played with beyond a few days.

LOL that is hilarious! Thanks!

@brianj12 and @Sherry: Thanks for your feedback on my expectations! That is good to know. We play and play and play with all at night until we are exhausted but she is still going sometimes... has the energy of a kitten :)

I have one of the ball tracks and Ada loves playing with it.

Here's a little video of her playing with it for the first time...

I wish Raiden would play with his. I may need to configure it a different way! He just looks at it as I play with the ball. I'm always looking for new toys for Raiden, but he still prefers the end of a wand and not the toy at the end of the wand. It's crazy! No matter what I get out -- Da Bird or Neko, he wants me to run the end of the wand in front of him to play with it.

That looks like a good one, I ordered it and can't wait to see what they think!

My cats love their treat ball, I put dry cat food in it.

If you can find a kind of ball or mouse that your cat likes and hide them around the house before you leave each day. Simply rotating toys every few days can keep them interested too.
My Bengal tends to get obsessive over one particular toy until she destroys it. She will carry whatever the flavor of the week is around the house, clean it, yell at it, put it in the food and water bowl, sleep with it, bring it to me to throw, etc.
