I understand we have people on this forum from around the world. i was wondering if anyone had any experiences/advice regarding "wildnsweet bengals" in quebec.

Also, i live in the UK and was looking at this breeder. has anyone here had experience having their cats shipped to them? advice regarding price and experience very much appreciated!

There are so many quality breeders in the UK, why are you wanting to get one from Canada? I would never pay money for a kitten sight unseen! Pictures and videos are great, but it doesn't take the place of actually visiting the breeder to see the facilities and holding your kitten. If I were you, I'd investigate breeders near you. I realize kittens are shipped all over the world, but the trauma for the kitten would be more than I could bear, being all alone in a carrier on a plane with loud noises for hours and hours! It's your decision.

I agree, it's something I wouldn't have previously considered until I found this breeder. We are finding it very difficult to find a good quality silver kitten in the UK. We have reserved a brown in the UK. I have found very few silver breeders, and those I have found have no kittens available or very long waiting lists. We wish to have 2 kittens around the same age so it is becoming difficult. If you know of any UK breeders with silvers please let me know.

The kitten we wanted is only being sold as a breeder anyway so we can't have that one now. They do have another litter due very soon but it is something we will have to think about very seriously before we make a decision.

Thank you for your response!

I can understand now that you strictly want a silver bengal. Here's the website for the cattery bkilgore was talking about.

They say they usually have a waiting list, but at least it would be worth a trip to visit the breeder and see their kittens. Good luck.

I spoke to silve torn several weeks ago. They had over 11 people on their waiting list, and have since closed the waiting list. A kitten from them anytime soon would be impossible.

But I am happy to announce after deciding not to ship a kitten, we have now reserved a lovely little silver boy who is only 1 1/2 hours drive from our home! Granted he is far from the standard of silver storm kittens, but he's is a beautiful little thing and we can't wait for him to come home. We have visited him and like the breeder very much,

We are now officially done! We have reserved our brown girl and silver boy, both die home at the same time. Now just have to wait! It's very exciting. I thank you all for your advice during our difficult choices. We feel great now the choices are made, kittens are picked, and all we have to do is wait.
I will update with pics along the way.

Congratulations! I know you are pleased with your decision and visiting the breeder and the kitten was the BEST thing you could do. It reinforces your decision that it is the right one. I know the waiting is the most difficult part, but it will be worth it for your little girl and little boy! Can't wait to see pictures.

Thank you. I will probably post in the introductions in the near future with pics of both kittens. Thanks for your help and support. This forum is brilliant.
