It could definitely be the dust from the cat litter. There are many dust-free cat litters -- so check them out. Also, there could be dust around your house that is aggravating them and cats can have allergies! Just keep an eye on them and if it continues too much longer, then I'd have them checked out by a their vet. You do not want to have to deal with an upper respiratory infection. Pills, nose drops, I've gone through that with a previous cat and it was not fun at all, so I really hope it's just something airborne and you can figure out what it is causing the sneezing.
