Yea, that's cool, I'm not trying to discourage you from going down this line of inquiry. I think it's kind of a cool idea actually, seeing how to get an analysis of all the different nutritional components of a given food. I might even do it if I were doing my own raw food
Or at least see if such a thing were practical (from a financial standpoint). If nothing else it might be a way to compare two different formulas or foods side-by-side, even if it isn't 100% clear which is "better" and for what reason. Even if you could focus on just a few of the items, like protein or ash or whatever. I remember a couple years back that Bengals Illustrated magazine did a nutrition article where they had some discussion about such a breakdown (of like 3 or 4 or so of the items). It's interesting stuff.
