Hey everyone.

I was just wondering how long it took any of you to get your items from Happy House Cats in the UK to the US?

My order shows shipped the 27th and Tracy said it should be here any day now last week. Today's mail just came and still nothing. I know they're probably backed up for Christmas and I'm just being paranoid but I've had stuff never show up before and could use a little peace of mind. Thanks!

The post office won't even give you a time for international mail unless it arrives overnight. It can take as long as three weeks for first class stuff. If it's sent Parcel Post, then it can be two months. Then again, I ordered something from China and had it in four days! It just depends. Be patient.

The postal service ain't what it use to be and thus why they been cutting back services over the past few years, so I could assume even more now... that the holidays would put an extra strain on them.

Was it sent air mail? When I get stuff from Europe it sometimes comes in a strange bag thing. I honestly thought someone left their garbage next to my stoop the first few times. If it gets picked for inspection it will take longer too. If I ordered something the 27th, I wouldn't start worrying for at least another week.

He only reason I am concerned is because it was sent Royal Air Mail and says delivery in 5-7 days, and Tracy told me it should be here any day, last Tuesday. I simply wanna go on a walk!

Air Mail is very variable especially at this time of year. My brother lives in Dallas, I am in the UK. I sent him two parcels end nov and one last week. Last weeks parcel has arrived but the ones from November have not.

Tracy can only give you the times quoted for delivery by Royal Mail. Once the parcel is on its way, it is out of our hands the delay is usually in customs US. My dad will often send mail to my brother that is trackable. He checks online and it sits in customs for more than a week sometimes.

I'm not being impatient or anything, I realize getting mail from the UK to here is a challenge, and the USPS is kindve a joke (Sorry if you work for it or something but in my experience its garbage).

I know she can't give a tracking number or anything, just wondering how long it's taken others to get their packages here before. Thank you for the info lollo!

I send my brother lots of stuff, so post every month (i have a Niece who is 3 in a weeks time). Some parcels get to him in a week some take 2 some 3-4. It is really frustrating!!

I know Dallas has had some especially weird weather lately... so that slowed everything down for postal services to him... not sure if the same can be said who elsewhere in the US.... some places will have been used to the ice and cold that they had but Dallas isn't so everything shut down for days!

Oh well, Im gonna go to petsmart today and get one of the like 10$ harnesses to begin getting him used to it for when it arrives :)

Yeah Lollo we've had kinda crazy snowy weather in IN. too. Im not upset about it, just on the light side of concerned lol.

Don't worry you'll get it......simmer down now Save $10 no reason to get him use to something then switch it up in a day or two.

I got one today and Link's already taken to it. Minimal 'back-crawling'. Just wanted to get him use to the idea of having a restraint there, he's just been walking around the house in it (supervised of course!)

It'll be good to have for my roommates kitty in case he wants to go out too at least.
