I recently had Rosie spayed and thought this would be a good place the share the photo, I think she looks quite funny and I was surprised to see that her skin is as spotty as her fur....

Get uploading pictures of you cats looking a little sorry for themselves after vets treatment...

Hey Luke.. yes I was surprised to see Raven's spotty skin also.
She was spayed early December and there is STILL hardly any fur growth... it's taking AGES to come back
I'm a bit worried coz she has a buster collar on due to over-grooming a patch her leg... it seems I'll have to keep the collar on for ages at her fur-growth rate

Yes its like their skin is tattooed, Tigers have that to! IT does take a while for it to grow back, but well worth it!

peppers crewcut does not show anywhere near as much as the brown spotted girlies in my life

When I got my girl spayed about 10 years ago they shaved her tummy. When did they start doing it on their side?

Diablo after surgery, not after spaying but after his luxating patella surgery, I think they shaved way too much of his beautiful fur and it is still growing back but his surgery was in November. He hasn't got any spots on his skin but after the fur grew just a tiny bit the spots came :P. I thought his fur would never grow back near the spine :P he was still naked there when his legs where covered in fur :P but then it started to grow there too so now he is covered but the fur has to grow alot still :).

must say im almost slightly disappointed with the contents of this thread loool x
