We're still alive, Just very busy with work and cat related stuff!
As Julie says....Tica is a very relaxed format of showing, not just for the exhibitors but the members of the public also. The only problem is that most shows are in the south, however there's two shows in the north coming up soon and its worth mentioning that the one at blackpool is also a 2 day event......so maybe it's worth you getting a hotel and spending the weekend if your thinking of going. We don't live that far away from blackpool so no getting up at stupid-o-clock for us......a very refreshing change!
Tica shows are very imformative and extremely entertaining compared to GCCF shows, the judges are very loving towards the cats and especially good at handling the bengals.....btw you only have to listen to know when there's bengals in any of the rings.....The judges seem to welcome and embrace the foul language from our cats.
Glad you like the webcams.....its kinda hard keeping the kittens in one place unless they're in the "off" position. We use wireless cams just so we can move them around more easily, the downside of this is any outside visitors suffer a bad fps making it look bit a staggered.....we're going to get a new set maybe after summer that'll stream a bit better and also hopefully they'll have the remote tilt and pan option enabling you to chase them around the room yourself!
Anyways I hope some of you may make it to blackpool.....even if its just as visitors just so you can get a feel for Tica.
Now I must fade into the background once again.....jobs to do unfortunatley!
