Hi -- I just peeked in... having a busy year, so far.
One reason I "peeked in" TODAY (well, yesterday, now) was my F1 Boy, Mr. Zenith's FIRST BIRTHDAY !!!
We had a "pool party" in my tub, and he got lots of new toys.
Regarding the differences in Early Generation Bengals and the SBT generations... they are MUCH MORE INTENSE in their PLAY, in their EATING, and in their LOVING with the person whom they bond with, most strongly.
My boy, is FEARLESS... whenever anyone "new" is visiting... he is very much IN THEIR FACE and a real "show off" with his playfulness and curiosity about ANYTHING different.
DO BE prepared to put child-proof locks on any cabinets you keep cleaning supplies in. DO NOT feed them from plastic food or water bowls... for some reason this increases the liklihood they will pee in the water. LOL
Put away any string, tape, rubber bands, or other small items they might be able to swallow. They are even MORE like a toddler, having to lick or taste EVERYTHING. (I even have to be SUPER careful with BLEACH... if I clean surfaces with it, to disinfect -- I have to rinse it VERY thoroughly, or he will lick it. YUK !
Get ready for a WILD and WONDERFUL change in lifestyle. I thought my other 4 Bengals were active, and demanding, UNTIL Mr. Zenith arrived.
If your EG Bengal truly bonds with you, it will be a stronger bond than you've EVER had with an animal.
Good Luck ! I hope you enjoy YOUR EG Bengal HALF as much as I enjoy mine !!!
OH... by the way -- I've put a LOT of photos of my whole furry family in my blogspot, if you'd like to see photos of Mr. Zenith and his other feline family members growing up.
