What a fabulous way to introduce yourself I'll have a go but I fear I'm rather uninteresting..
1) I'm 28 but frequently get asked to prove my age thanks to being just over 5ft tall.
2) I'm getting married to my wonderful fiance next year but appear to have lost my bride gene and find wedding planning a boring chore.
3) I recently moved to a tiny village in Wales.. It's all a bit 'League of gentlemen' for a Lancashire lass like myself!
4) I'm a qualified nurse but now work from home proofing magazines and organising a tattoo convention.
5) I'm extensively tattooed and have won awards for some of them.
6) I'm an avid reader, and will read virtually anything that I can learn from as well as an embarrassing fondness for trashy thrillers.
7) I love, love, love shoes. The higher the better. Alas, my feet do not share my love and frequently complain!
I love to bake and often have fresh cookies or cupcakes cooling in the kitchen.
Oh hell.. I'm getting stuck now
9) I'm a caffeine addict and 'til I've had my second cup of coffee in the morning, my vocal ability is limited to a growl.
10) I have an inexplicable fear of cotton wool.
11) Reading about the antics of some of the Bengals on this forum made me actually cry laughing and I'm virtually vibrating with excitement about getting mine.
12) My idea of utter bliss is being laid in bed with the Times and a mug of coffee of a Sunday morning.. Something I suspect will be a heap less peaceful after tomorrow |

That's some career change
Great to learn more about you. I doubt you'll get much wedding planning done once your new fur babies arrive - imagine trying to examine wedding "favours" with 2 Bengal helpers _________________

The Times will be a great fun thing for the bengals to play with and jump on, and your cup of coffee great to dip their paws in... yeah I don't think your sunday mornings are going to be so relaxing anymore!
I think I might share your cotton wool fear, is it the feel and the squeaky sort of 'noise' that it makes when people touch it... ARGH! It's making me feel funny just thinking about it! |

It's a huge career change, but I'm loving it. I do miss patient care, but don't miss the NHS one bit!
As for the wedding, I may use the kittens as an excuse as to why I've done nothing about planning. I can't think of anything duller than pondering flowers, seating arrangements or favours. I'm opting for doing nothing and persuading him to run away to do it
Cotton wool is a tool of the devil. That horrible squeaky sound is in fact subliminal messages telling you to kill... Erm, that's my theory, and I'm sticking to it |

Wow, your wedding photography is stunning!
Alas, even beautiful pictures don't make me any more inclined to plan I really am minus a bride gene It's a good job my poor fiance knows it's only the wedding that freaks me out, not the being married part! |

haha, thanks!
I understand. I hate planning anything at all, I do not do organised the idea of organising an event freaks me out! (I was supposed to plan my own wedding once, I believe the details of which are somewhere on the 12 fact tag back along....!!)
the organisation of some brides never fails to amaze me, they have files and files of stuff, with markers and post it notes, spreadsheets etc!! Often they book us 2 years in advance, as well as the venue/flowers etc... so organised.... I am sure you will bring it all together exactly how you want it, thats the beauty of weddings these days, you can do exactly what you want _________________

I'm sure I'll get there eventually. I'm currently trying to persuade him that Tuscany, all by ourselves is the way to go.. |

I don't know why we don't get any wedding booking in italy it would be amazing to photograph! we get 70-odd a year - but they are all in the UK!!!! Rubbish!!!
So.. if you got to Tuscany and want amazing photos.. wink wink _________________

As the person who actually posted a pic on this 12 fact tag to show I could put my toes in my mouth I ask you to post a pic of your double jointed elbows! |
you got it...I shall get one taken tomorrow and post |
Ha ha...I can't wait...I won't be the only crazy contortionist here, lol! |
I can dislocate both my little fingers and click them back in! Also one of my thumbs and one big toe, 'pop out' at least once a week, particularly when I play netball!! Selina xx |
Ha Ha...welcome to the crazy contortionist club, Selina. |
Can i join in...
I can pop my right shoulder in and out of joint on demand. It looks awful like i have an alien under my skin!! The doctor calls it partial dislocation, which can be caused by a number of things the muscle/tendons are loose causing the ball joint to pop out and not move smoothly in the socket and/or the socket part of the joint has either worn down or was never formed properly causing it to pop out too!! They are not sure what is causing mine they need to do more tests, It is totally painless and has never got stuck out of joint (touch wood!) so have never worried about getting it looked at any further.
