Thank you guys so much for caring about Cash. It meant a lot to have you guys around during this time. Also with all the helpful info it was better for me to try to pinpoint what was causing this. That way the vet did not think I was just being crazy with my wild hissing bloated cat.
SATURDAY UPDATE:
So of course I went in there with all that you had said for possibilities....
She did a urinalysis this time around and his red blood cell count was really high. Also did x rays and found a blockage. They had to drain him out and a lot of blood came out of him. That part I almost had to go to the Emergency Vet since Cash was not showing his best behavior at that time and they were working overtime with me. But luckily he finally let them do it.
They did a culture to find out what is actually wrong with him. She said she will have a better idea once this is done.
Right now he is still sluggish but he is on Clavamox antibiotic for now till they find the root cause of this infection. He is still the same but I am hoping with the meds and when the culture comes in I will have a better idea and he will be on the road to recovery.
I have definitely learn a lot yesterday on my first experience. I feel like he was sooo young to have something like this. Doesn't this happen at a later age?
It is sad to see him like this....just lays there and stares barely moving. Not the running, climbing, jumping spaz that we know and love. It so hard to see your kitty suffer like this and you want this medicine to work the minute you put it in him but that is not the case.
I read this website and got scared to that this complaints were awfully close to what Cash is going though...

I need to switch his wet food! What do you guys use?
