well i really thought we had goblins tummy probs nailed, but again we are into the realms of ENORMOUS pale, soft poos. and stinkybum.

last time the vet put him on a promax (pro/pre-biotic) paste for a week and it certainly did the trick,

or at least it seemed to.

he is booked in at the vets later this week to get chipped anyway and also get his teeth checked (his breath reeks)

but im wondering if the tummy probs and the bad breath could be connected?

so any opinions guys?

he is being fed bozita wet, and hills dry.

All I can suggest is a bland diet for a few days, either cooked chicken or fish and maybe some rice? It works with dogs with upset stomachs and normally puts my lot straight.

In my experience with my Bengals, their bowel habits have always been variable but within certain limits that I came to consider normal for them. Anything outside those limits would need to be checked out so I think the change to pale stools with Goblin needs to be discussed with the vet when you go later in the week. In the meantime, the suggestion of a bland diet for a couple of days is a good idea.

i have just called the vet again and asked if they think i should move the appt up to tomorrow, they said pretty much the same as you guys. bland food, no dry food, and if he is still icky later then bring in a sample when we visit on thurs.

he seems absolutely fine in himself but the fact that this has happened twice now concerns me. i think i may ask for poop tests to be done just to rule out anything more serious
