my 1 year old girl bengal roxy is constantly shedding lots and lots of hair, she"s allways been like this but otherwise seems very healthy apart from some white flakes in her coat. is there anything i can do to stop this or does she need to visit the vets.

mine don't seem to shed much at all compared to moggies i've had, but others on here have mentioned that their bengals shed quite a bit too.

i wouldn't worry too much unless she seems out of sorts or has bald patches which could indicate she was pulling her fur.

the white flakes are probably dandruff...if there's a lot of it her skin may be a little dry & she may need a bath with a medicated shampoo & thouroughly rinsed. i would ask your vet for advice about that.
