The majority of bengals do not shed excessively, but there are exceptions to everything. Mine develops a winter coat as he has an outdoor enclosure and gets two walks a day. In the spring he does shed the winter coat. If it is approaching winter where you are and the kitty is still shedding and it's not a cashmere or long-haired bengal, then you may want to check with your vet to see if there is a skin condition that could be causing this. There are people who believe bengals don't shed at all, so when there is hair around, they get concerned. It's very common and what you may think is a lot of fur coming off, may not be excessive at all, especially if you cannot find any bald spots or skin irritation.
