are they sure? i thought there was no test for FIP, & a high titre count was inconclusive. the only way to confirm FIP is from post mortem.

the symptoms you described don't sound like FIP either. have you asked for a second opinion? it's worth asking, & hopefully they can get him on some sort of treatment. even if it is FIP, it's not always fatal...keep hoping & don't give up on him.

unfortunately there is a tendancy among vets to blame FIP when they aren't sure what's wrong.

fingers crossed for you & him at this worrying time, i hope they can help him xxx
