Hendrix is doing much better, definitely back on form as I'm constantly telling him off, particularly for terrorising Jagger.

Spoke to the vet last night, I'm going to start adding fibre as well as probiotics to his food, very slowly so as not to shock his digestive system. They are both due their boosters in November, so the situation will be reviewed then, depending on any more instances of explosive diarrhoea and how his stools are etc. They are still very soft, but he's on antibiotics so not too concerned at the moment.

I'm hoping for no recurrence of course as I don't want him to go through all the other tests for IBD etc as they are so invasive. But at the end of the day it would be in his best interests long term for quality of life as it wouldn't be nice for him to keep having diarrhoea that bad. Even the vet said she's never seen such a bad case.

So fingers crossed he's on the mend!
