As i mentioned in a previous post, Sushi our 6 month old kitten is suffering from ill-coordination, walking wobbly, and motor function deficit. When she tries to shake her head she falls over.

Our vet diagnosed her with dry FIP although FIP tests came back negative. He said that it is very hard to diagnose a cat with FIP with tests especially the dry kind.

We believe she has neuropathy but the symptoms of both are somewhat the same. What are your thoughts?

Know that it is possible that both are happening. It is not uncommon in FIP diagnosed cats to suffer neurological issues. Weakness of the legs, etc. You appear to be questioning your vets' diagnosis, so seek out another opinion. It will ease your mind and they may have different answers. If you live in a smaller town, go find the top vet in a larger town.

If you're having doubts I would absolutely get a second opinion.
