Ok so last week a stray cat came up to my screen window. One of my bengals got into it with the cat broke my screen off and took off after it. Took me an hour to find him but he came back home. He was a little shaking up. He never goes outside alone only on a leash with us once a day. So I gave him wet food to calm him down. I looked at him didn't see and marks or lumps. Figured he was fine just scared. Then for about the first two days he was limping around I figured he pulled a muscle or something cause he was eating and drinking fine. After two day he was back to normal jumping around wanting to go outside on his walks. So the last three days he has been normal. Well today I woke up to find a big hole in his shoulder. He must of licked the hair off it and cleaned it. I know it doesn't hurt him cause he lets me near it and I could probably touch it. He's still normal running around playing with our other cat eating and drinking water fine.

So I need to know some of your opinions. He's gotten an abcess before on the base of his tail last year. We took him to the vet got an antibiotic shot. I Trimmed the hair around it and Put a warm rag on it it popped puss came out. He kept it clean him self we just kept in eye on it. This new one looks clean there's no smell to it no puss just clear fluid. Should I just keep an eye on it and make sure he's eating and drinking. I tried uploading s video and pictures but it wouldn't let me thanks for any help

He has an infection. He probably got a bite or scratch from the other cat. Take him to the vet for assessment. He will need an antibiotic. Do not delay or he may become bacteremic (blood infection) which is much more serious and difficult to treat.
A quick treatment may prevent a more serious problem.

Oh dear! This is not good. Cat bites become infected quickly and a trip to the vet is necessary. It's a lot easier to take it to the vet in the beginning when they can administer a shot that can last 14 days than going after the fact when it is infected and now antibiotics have to be administered orally to the cat.

Unfortunately, stray cats some with diseases. Feline leukemia (FeLV), feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). If your cat has not been vaccinated against these and contracts these diseases, there is nothing you can do about them. FIV may not be found for months. Your vet may recommend you return after 90 days for that test. FeLV is fatal. This is one reason cats should not be allowed outside.

You need to secure your screens and make sure your cat does not get outside again. I have a similar problem with stray cats that come into my yard. They have not jumped up on the screens as most of my windows are high up and they can't reach them. You are going to have to monitor your kitty for a few months to make sure he is okay. But take him to the vet and get him checked out NOW!
