Oh dear! This is not good. Cat bites become infected quickly and a trip to the vet is necessary. It's a lot easier to take it to the vet in the beginning when they can administer a shot that can last 14 days than going after the fact when it is infected and now antibiotics have to be administered orally to the cat.
Unfortunately, stray cats some with diseases. Feline leukemia (FeLV), feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). If your cat has not been vaccinated against these and contracts these diseases, there is nothing you can do about them. FIV may not be found for months. Your vet may recommend you return after 90 days for that test. FeLV is fatal. This is one reason cats should not be allowed outside.
You need to secure your screens and make sure your cat does not get outside again. I have a similar problem with stray cats that come into my yard. They have not jumped up on the screens as most of my windows are high up and they can't reach them. You are going to have to monitor your kitty for a few months to make sure he is okay. But take him to the vet and get him checked out NOW!
