Hi guys,
My two year old Bengal cat has recently started tearing from one eye. This has been going on for about two weeks or so- she has no redness or puffiness around either eye and rarely squints, but there is always wetness or discharge from the corner of one eye.
Also, although I don't know if they correlate at all, my cat has been gradually eating less and less. We have made no significant changes to wet or dry food, but whereas a few months ago she could finish a dish of food, now she only eats maybe less than half. Boiled chicken and treats used to be her favorite things in the world, but now sometimes even when I offer a small dish of chicken she just nibbles at it and walks away. She has lost a bit of weight and is on the thin side for bengals, but she doesn't look anorexic or skin-and-bones either, so I don't know if this is abnormal.
Can you guys offer up possible explanations for her tearing and loss of apetite? She appears healthy, but I'm a little concerned in case these are signs to bigger problems.

P.S. I have another cat as well, but his behavior is complete normal. I haven't been to any shelters or such either, so the possibility of catching an outside disease is low.

It could easily be an upper respiratory infection. If so then it would explain why your cat isn't eating as much as she is both feeling poorly and having trouble smelling her food (and cats rely very heavily on smell). You definitely should make an appointment to see the vet and get it taken care of.
