She could have a respiratory infection (can clear on it's own, may need a shot from the vet), allergies or a reaction to something she ate or licked, or something more permanent like herpes, though I would be surprised if she picked that up so quickly from another cat unless she got it from her breeder.
Watch to make sure she is eating , drinking, and using the litter box. If she starts breathing with her mouth open or is super lethargic, take her into the vet.
I know it is awful when they are out of sorts. Don't feel bad about taking her to the vet, it can help her heal faster.
