Hi Everybody,
Enzo has always had strange breathing from a kitten, he is now approx 1 year and 1 month old.
When as a kitten playing he got out of breathe and breathed through his mouth.
As he has gotten older, when he gets to the same stage after running around like a loon for a couple of minutes jumping and stuff after a Da Bird, he only opens his mouth to pant as a last resort but you can hear him struggling to breath through his nose as various stuffling noises are made.
When he drinks he also always seems to make coughy/snorty sounds when he's finished or in the middle of drinking.
We plan to get his heart checked now he's over 1 years old but in the mean time I am so worried about him, he seems to be fine when mooching about and light playing and as per the symptoms above I noted it seems to have gotten slightly better with age?
I don't want to lose the little guy, he's very quickly become the sole attraction in our house hold. :(
Kindest Regards
Jamie
