Hey, I recently changed Biggies litter from the wood chips, to clay clumping litter. She's started playing in it and sitting in it (to get used to it i guess) but since i changed it, there have been a few times when she's gone in too pee, and I've taken the lid off (she stands in her poo so I take the lid off to check what she's doing. And she has been peeing, but there have been a few times where she stands like she's peeing, but then stops standing like it, twirls around and then usually she does end up peeing- but sometimes she just jumps straight out of the box.

Does it sound like she's having urinating problems? I also haven't seen her have a drink for a few weeks..starting to get worried. I keep thinking if she wasn't drinking i would know about it (also she has two pouches of wet food- hi life, which has quite a high moisture content, and a bowl of applaws 80% dry food a day)

I'm going to quickly put some water in a glass (she prefers drinking out of things she's not meant to!!) but i'll keep this updated.. but yeah, if anyone could answer my questions that would be great pretty please? :)

Could be with you watching her you are putting her off.

The fact you are using clumping litter is good as you can gauge the amount of times per day and also the size of the clumps.

I think actually you need to get her poop checked if she is standing in it, she is obviously getting it on her feet and making a mess, that would lead me to think the poops are not formed correctly.

If you are worried you could get a urine test done too.

She's due for her boosters so will ask them about it. Her poo is runnyish but still formed like a poo until the end of it where it's quite runny, she doesn't always stand in it but it always gets stuck to paws when she buries it.

I feed her 2 pouches of Hi Life poultry selection, and a small bowl of applaws 80% chicken dry food. She used to have another small bowl of applaws complimentary wet food but she won't eat it anymore, and she's developed a fluffy pouch on her belly where I possibly over fed her

Also, she has always had quite runny poo

In that case I would request a TF test from the vets...poop should be solid from start to finish.

it is a solidly formed poo, but its squidgy, not hard. but sometimes there is like.. one tiny runny bit at the end

but yeah, will definitely take her to the vets asap :) thanks for the help :)
