Hi, I recently rescued a retired queen bengal - aged 4 - and she seems to be settling in nicely.
However, in the last few days that I have had her living with me, she has been sick once each day. On the first day she had been chewing some fake flowers (which have since been removed), on the second day she had some raw chicken (on the advice of the breeders that they should eat raw meat in with their food) and today she has only been eating her kibble.
I'm currently feeding her on James Wellbeloved Turkey Hypoallergenic (as I know Bengals are lactose and gluten intolerant).
She was spayed on Tuesday, but that all went well apparently, and she has been using her litter tray properly.
I'd just like thoughts on what might be causing it - the latest episode she brought up her kibble without seeming to have digested it - do you think it might be the kibble that's doing it? And if so, what should I feed her instead?
Thanks,
Chris.
