We were just given a 2 year old bengal 2 days ago. He seemed ok yesterday but today he has been vomitting clear liquid. No food in it at all and not yellow like bile, just clear like water. I'm not sure if it is just stress from being in a new home. He is starting to act a little lethargic now tonight. I'm going to call the vet in the morning but I was just curious if anyone had any suggestions. I went and got a Feliway diffuser tonight and plugged that in the room he is staying in just in case it is just stress. I have seen him eat a little and drink water yesterday and today.

anything small and solid swallowed?
or anything maybe toxic licked (direct or from fur/paw)?

If refusing food/water (or vomiting after drinking/eating) and no poops then vet attention is best IMO (asap).
There are members on this forum that have medical background that may chime in with advice soon and I am glad your boy is getting the attention, love and help he needs

The vet will ask when you saw him eat and drink last, when he peed and pooped last, and if he has gotten into anything. He could be super stressed, nauseated, dehydrated, etc. he could also be lethargic because he has been awake and nervous and is finally relaxing.

If you just got him, a vet visit is in order anyway so making that happen sooner rather than later is a good idea given what you said.
