Hi everyone. I wanted to share some news about Boo Boo's fibrosarcoma. We discovered a lump on his chest in November of 2011 and had the lump removed January 4, 2012. When the pathology reports came back it was said to be fibrosarcoma. Our vet warned us that this cancer is rarely cured by surgery and that it would most likely come back. Well... it's back. We discovered two side-by-side small lumps about one centimeter away from where the previous lump was. Today I took him to the vet and she recommended surgery again.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. If you go ahead with the surgery, will they keep appearing and so therefore mean further surgery?

I have no knowledge or advice I can give you but please keep us posted and I hope all turns out well for Boo Boo.

oh bless. Sorry to hear about the fibroscarcoma. Though I am glad to hear that Boo Boo is 13, sounds like he's had a lovely life time with you. Here's to a few more after surgery.
