She might have swallowed something and have a blockage. Drooling due to blockage and irritation (as Elaine suggested) and blood could be from an object stuck inside. Also her teeth might have a problem, you can check them a little without opening her mouth, get a helper to hold her (in a towel if required) and with gentle pressure pull her cheek with a thumb to reveal her teeth. (same for bottom teeth) She may not appreciate this and complain (even nip at you) but its for her own good and she will get over it. heres a pic of a cat having its teeth examined:
This cat appears to have a lump that yours wont have - its just a quick pic I grabbed to show you what Im talking about with lifting her cheek - mouth still closed
Vet/nurse have a way to open the mouth fully and keep it open (you may have seen them do it) but it is something they are very practised at so safer for them to do that tbh.
I agree you should goto the vet asap due to her not being able to eat and blood in her saliva. This saliva over-production on its own is not normal...
