Update:

Got the results back from her tests and she is clear! Big sigh of relief!

Since the vitamin shot and the change of diet she has improved daily and is now almost back to normal, so maybe it was a thiamine deficiency after all. Hope so.

Yay :D Glad to hear all is good!

However, if the issue continues with the back legs (you said she's 'almost' back to normal) then I would really go up to dick white referrals and see the neurologist there. He is brilliant, and of course, we all want whats best for our furbabies.
