Hi Sherry
Keeping them separate is virtually impossible in our house...
Yes, I think we're very close to the end of the road with this... or maybe there already... the only blessing is that the current diet is keeping poos solid and smells low... I am keeping the pro biotics going too... a case of trying to keep the TF numbers down... at least while it's shed in compact solid poo it's not as likely to spread and multiply...
I'm expecting a call again from Langford, the specialist pet hospital, tomorrow... to see what they say... the only other option would be to do another two week hospital admission and go with a higher dose, maybe for 3 weeks instead of two... But there might be a reluctance .... that would be the third dose of this stuff... & comfortable as they are, these hospital visits must be a bit like a short prison term... which I hate putting them through. It took Rufus (the large F3) a good month to settle back into the household.
Luckily the insurance has covered the lions share of the cost... but this has so far cost £1000s and we're no closer to eradicating it than we were at the very beginning.....
To say it's frustrating would be an understatement
