Hi Everyone

Well I also went on the Saturday but with my Eygptian Mau, Azraff.

This was his first TICA show and he also did great.

He went 1st Colour and 1st Division and Best of Breed in all 6 Rings
Then he finalled in 4 out of the 6 rings, getting 6th best kitten, 7th best kitten, 9th best kitten and 10th best kitten.

So we also had a great day

Also BIG CONGRATS to everyone else who did well and to everyone who went and enjoyed themselves at the show.

Can't wait for the next one now :D :D

Jayne

Congratulations Azraff!! :D

WOW! he had an amazing day by the sounds of things congrats to you to skyjeaneey!! :D

Claire,

Paddy is correct, One final with the colour and division points should make champion, you get additional points from the final.

I will have a marked catalogue in a few days for the report, send me his entry number and I will have a look see.

To gain Champion you need 150 points from 2 judges and 1 final,

Matrix only gained his 2 final's and points from the one judge so he needs any kind of points from just 1 more judge differant from the one who finaled him to champion

Show catologue states

ISOLATES AREAS
CH - CHA 150 points from 2 differant judges plus 1 final

He is at his next show soon enough and I am sure he will make champion such a sweet handsome boy good luck Claire x x

Don't get me wrong I would love him to be Champion from his first adult TICA show but as I've checked my catalogue again, and again, and again and it STILL won't change the wording for me! As Laura says must be points from two different judges and he got them only from Vicky Fisher.

Jayne - your Mau is beautiful, I saw you coming away from some of the rings and would have said hi but was running around like a mad thing! Hope to get a chance to meet you both soon x

It was the two BOB's, but yes unfortunate when only one judge "appreciates" your cat that much. Hopefully, that one judge will put you straight to Grand next time.

For interest, with the points change on 1st May, if you have any title claims to make from points accumulated before then it may be a good idea to make the claim.

Then after that on to the non-isolated status points.

It is more a case of easing things for the office staff.

Shhhh Jayne he'll sulk if you say he's ginger

That'll be him (although his older brother was there too, if you saw him with me I'm tall with blondeish curly hair), he's only six months old, won't be able to carry him around so much when he's fully grown me thinks!

Hi Claire

OOPSS, what colour does he like to be called,

Yes that was him then as I saw a Blonde curly haired woman carrying him around :D So that was you :D :D

Oh yes he was a very big boy and very beautiful, you will need big muscles to carry him as an adult :D

Officially he's a red silver classic tabby, although you hear the breeders refer to them as pink sometimes! Even worse for a boy like him I think!
