Hi all,

After spending the last month suffering from pnuemonia and then having to leave my furkids to the hubby, to look after my ill mum, my beautiful neutered girl Wotmore Tinker Tagora, aka Tinky has cheered me up as she finalled as 3rd best cat (hubby can't remember what ring!) this Sat at the BCCGB show to become a QGCA (tbc). Needless to say I am over the moon!!!

Tinky was our first show cat and has also achieved the Premier title with GCCF. I enjoy showing her because she is a marblie (not a typo, that is what I call them affectionately

) and her personality is fab.

Here are somes pics of our Tinky. I am so sad I can't hug and kiss her as I am down in Essex! :cry:

She is a really beautiful cat and as I presume she is also at the show today then I hope she has another successful day.
What a rough time you've been having. I do hope both you and your mum are on the mend.

We are much better, but I am beside myself waiting for show results by the phone!!

I'm also missing all the other great cats at show, I do hope hubby is taking photos!!

Thanks Tigerfeet and Ren, it has been a very wet day here, not to mention a bit cold, but strangely the garden has looked rather charming in the rain, it almost brought out the poet in me. :lol:

We didn't achieve any finals today, but we're not too bothered I just wish I could have been there to see old friends and drool over the cats. Will definitely make up for it now I'm better!!

aww i know how you feel, i wanted to be at the show too but i'll make up for it next year hopefully

well tinky may not have had such a good day today, but still a wonderful result for her! i bet you can't wait to get home & spoil her.

Last year at the Spoticat Christmas Show US judge Vickie Fisher stopped me when I was taking Tinky out of her ring and said "she's a lovely cat."

We didn't win rows of rosettes/titles etc., Vicki didn't final Tinky but just the fact she acknowledged what a good girl Tinky is made my day. Tinky just loves to be hugged at shows, at home she can be a madam, but at shows she just wants affection (and food!!)
